Business model to achieve next day morning deliveries
 

• 8 major cities of India were identified to execute the on-board courier (OBC) operations
   

• ​A courier/delivery agent from each of these cities would take passenger flight everyday between evening and midnight to Mumbai (OBC HUB) with local pickup / packages for next day morning deliveries
   

• In 4 hours window, all couriers together met, sorted, and exchanged packages between themselves at the Mumbai OBC HUB
   

• With early morning return flights, these packages were out for delivery at the destination by ~9 am.
